Jewellery care
Every CASA London piece is designed with care and attention to detail. To help your jewellery keep its beauty and shine for years to come, please follow these care guidelines.
1. Everyday care
- Put on your jewellery after applying perfume, lotions, hairspray and makeup, to avoid chemical contact.
- Remove jewellery before swimming, bathing, exercising or sleeping.
- Avoid prolonged contact with water, sweat or harsh cleaning agents.
2. Cleaning
- Gently clean your jewellery with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear to remove oils and residue.
- For a deeper clean, use lukewarm water and a mild soap, then dry immediately with a soft cloth.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, ultrasonic cleaners and polishing liquids unless they are recommended for your piece.
3. Storage
- Store jewellery in a cool, dry place, ideally in its original CASA London pouch or box.
- Keep pieces separate to prevent scratching and tangling.
- Avoid leaving jewellery in direct sunlight or humid places such as bathrooms.
4. Gold vermeil and plated pieces
- Gold and rhodium plating can wear naturally over time with regular use.
- To prolong the life of the plating, follow the steps above and limit exposure to friction and moisture.
Looked after properly, your jewellery will keep its appearance and last for many years.
