  • Non-earring items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Damaged or faulty earrings must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.

3. Reporting a Faulty Item

  • If you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact us within 30 days at info@casaldn.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item.
  • Once confirmed as faulty, we will provide instructions on how to return the item for a refund or replacement.

4. Return Process

  1. Email info@casaldn.com within 30 days to request a return, including your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm whether your return is eligible.
  3. If approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.
  4. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable method.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
