Right of Withdrawal

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer shopping from the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform CASA London of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email), addressed to 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, or info@casaldn.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

Exception for earrings

In accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to earrings once their protective hygiene seal has been removed, as they are sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons. Earrings can only be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty. See our Refund Policy for how to report this.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from your contract with us, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not be charged any fee for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.

Our extended return window

The 14-day period above is the statutory minimum. CASA London voluntarily extends this to 30 days from delivery for all eligible (non-earring) items. See our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and how returns are processed.
