Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is on its way, we will email you a tracking link.
- United Kingdom: free tracked delivery on every order, usually 2–4 business days (mainland). Express tracked delivery is available for £5.99, next working day.
- Europe: free shipping on orders over €185, usually 5–10 business days. Below that, tracked shipping is €12.
- United States: free shipping on orders over $245, usually 5–10 business days. Below that, tracked shipping is $17.
- Duties and taxes: included in the price on international orders, so there are no surprise charges on arrival.

Ordering from another country? We take these as one-off custom orders, so please get in touch and we will work out delivery with you.
Returns
- You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Items must be unused and unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an item arrives faulty, email info@casaldn.com within 30 days with your order number, a description of the problem and a photo, and we will put it right.
