This page explains what CASA London stores in your browser when you use our shop, and why. You are in control: you can change your choices at any time with at the bottom of every page.
1. Essential storage (always on)
These keep the shop working. They don't track you, and the shop can't work without them, so they don't need your consent.
| Name | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
casa.cart | Remembers what is in your bag. | Until you clear it |
casa.checkout | Keeps your place during checkout. | Until you clear it |
casa_market | Remembers your region and currency. | 1 year |
casa_suggest, casa_suggest_dismissed | Suggests your nearest region once, and remembers if you dismissed it. | 1 day, 1 year |
casa.popup | Remembers if you have seen our sign-up message, so we don't keep showing it. | Until you clear it |
casa.consent | Remembers your cookie choice. | Until you clear it |
casa_at, casa_rt | Keep you signed in to your account. Only set if you sign in. | 1 hour, 30 days |
| Payment provider (Stripe) | Our payment provider may set its own cookies at checkout to take payment securely and prevent fraud. | Set by Stripe |
2. Analytics (only if you agree)
If you choose Accept all, we use PostHog, based in the EU, to understand how people use the shop: which pages and pieces are popular, where visitors come from, what device they use, and where they leave. It stores an anonymous identifier in your browser so we can recognise a return visit. It doesn't know your name or email, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't record what you type.
If you choose Reject non-essential, nothing is stored in your browser for analytics. We may still count your visit anonymously, with no cookies, no identifier and no location, so we know roughly how many people visit.
