How to order
- Place your order with your chosen name or word, up to 10 characters.
- Our designers create a CAD drawing of your piece.
- We send you the drawing to approve by email or WhatsApp.
- Once you approve it, our artisans hand-cast the piece and set the stones.
- Your finished necklace is delivered to you.
Production & delivery
Each piece is made to order, so please allow 4–6 weeks for it to be handcrafted. Because every bespoke necklace is made for you, it cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
